What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.

We will investigate your concerns and aim to provide a full response within 14 working days. If we require more time, we will keep you updated on the progress.

If you remain dissatisfied after our final response, you may refer your complaint to The Motor Ombudsman or The Financial Ombudsman Service (if related to finance), depending on the nature of your complaint. We will provide full details of your rights in our final response.
